Barely Lethal: Score By Acclaimed Composer Mateo Messina Coming Soon, Action-Comedy Film Opens In Theaters May 29

Lakeshore Records will release the soundtrack to Barely Lethal, directed by Kyle Newman (Lana Del Rey: Summertime Sadness, Spartacus: Blood & Sand – Motion Comic, Fanboys).  The soundtrack features score by Mateo Messina (Butter), known for his work on the Academy Award® winning movie Juno and numerous Oscar®-nominated films.  Barely Lethal stars Hailee Steinfeld, Thomas Mann, Sophie Turner, Dove Cameron, Toby Sebastian, Gabriel Basso with Jessica Alba and Samuel L. Jackson — opening in theaters on May 29 (check show times).  See more about the film below.

In this high school action comedy, a teenage special ops agent yearning for a “normal” adolescence fakes her own death and enrolls as an exchange student in a typical American high school. She quickly learns that surviving the treacherous waters of high school can be more difficult than international espionage.
